Floor Sanding
Prior to sanding your floor, we need to ensure that your floors are perfectly cleaned from dust and debris which can lead to scratches on the floor.
We fill any holes found on the floors to ensure floorboards are even.
When the floor has been prepared appropriately, the sanding then begins in a straight line from the furthest corner of the room to the opposite end. This procedure is repeated until main area of the floor has been completed. An edger is then used to sand down the corners edges and any hard to reach areas.
Some floor boards may have several old coats on them and will need more sanding to remove them.
